Dry Tree'
This is the first part of an ongoing series of standing stones on the Lizard peninsula.
Dry tree is a bronza age menhir (standing stone) that stands at 10ft tall. Like many standing stones, this one had fallen over. During the first world war it had a metre taken from it to be used in a road. It was then righted in 1927, where it still stands today.
